Our marinated chicken range is produced only from Grade ‘A’ fresh, skinless chicken thigh meat which has been slowly marinated in three distinctive flavours (Traditional, Mediterranean and Tikka) before being hand-built on a spike, wrapped, frozen and boxed. They are also offered in a convenient vacuum sealed bag, frozen and boxed for customers wishing to cook the meat in other ways, or spike it themselves.
