Paragon Quality Foods has extended its range of doner kebab products with the launch of an innovative chicken tikka flavour. Fresh, skinless chicken thigh meat has been slowly marinated in legendary tikka flavours before being hand-built on a spike, wrapped, frozen and boxed.
It is also offered in vacuum sealed bags for customers wishing to cook the meat in other ways.
Star of the doner range is the hand-made Turkish Best a traditional recipe of lamb and flavourings.
Others are: Anatolian (lamb and beef), Classic (beef), Traditional (marinated chicken thigh meat) and Mediterranean (chicken with Mediterranean herbs and spices).
Paragon prepares them in 5 kilo increments from 5-50 kilo and the most popular sizes are boxed.
“Tastes vary regionally and our selection meets all these “aspirations”, said Paragon managing director, Metin Pekin.
He added that the sizes available enabled fast food outlets to meet daily requirements and minimise waste.
