Paragon Marinates Chicken Coup
With demand burgeoning for its Traditional Marinated Chicken, Paragon Quality Foods has quickly developed a range with the introduction of Mediterranean and Tikka variants.
The new product development team set out to create products which were better than any existing on the market.
“They achieved that and, because our products are frozen and most of the competition is chilled, we have delivered customers the convenience of extended shelf life. We offer a 12 months use by date,” said Paragon managing director Metin Pekin.
After defrost the sealed vacuum packs will keep the products fresh for up to 14 days.
Paragon uses only top quality, fresh chicken thigh meat which is gently marinated before being vacuum packed, spiral frozen, boxed and palletised.
Like the original flavours the new varieties are premium products that both look and taste excellent.
