Paragon Upgrades Classic Kebab
Significant improvements have been made by Paragon Quality Foods to its Classic Doner.
In response to key customer feedback the Classic's recipe has been refined. Select cuts of prime halal beef are mixed and flavoured by experts in a new process. This delivers a firmer product that holds shape and integrity even better throughout the day on kebab machines. It's new texture is so good it also enables it to be precisely carved using an electric slicer giving even strips from top to bottom, so it looks just as nice as it tastes.
“This development work, plus improvements to our factory systems, have significantly upgraded the products' quality,” said Paragon managing director, Metin Pekin.
The company has also maintained its unique packaging, which enhances food safety and reflects the quality of the product.
Due to demand it is now even more available as increasing numbers of frozen food wholesalers have been appointed to stock the range giving a much wider national coverage.
