Paragon Ups Quality for Fast Food Sector
When it launched a super premium 100% Charbroil Beefburger Paragon Quality Foods expected its principal customers would be hotels, restaurants and other medium to high spend catering outlets.
In 2, 4, 6 and 8oz sizes, these burgers are an optimum blend of tempered beef, coarse ground in a special way to give a firm and succulent texture, a really beefy taste and minimal shrinkage.
“The target market has picked up on the quality of this new burger and the fast food sector has followed hot on its heels. Clearly, the fast food market is investing in quality to build its customer base,” said Paragon managing director, Metin Pekin.
Traditionally Paragon has provided fast food outlets with 901 Steak House Prime Burgers, the price competitive Wholebeef Beef Burger (and their Halal equivalents).
“Fast food remains a growing market in the UK and it is quality that is driving it forward. We are delighted to be playing a part in this revolution,” said Mr. Pekin.
In addition to it’s beef and Halal range, Paragon also makes 2 and 4oz Lamb Burgers with a Mediterranean rather than mint dominated flavour profile and an Original 4oz Veggie Burger made from real vegetables, plus soya and special seasonings.
