Terms & Conditions
1. The organiser and promoter of this £10,000 free prize draw is Paragon Quality Foods Limited of Quadrant 3, Yorkshire Way, Doncaster DN3 3FB ("PQF"). Subject to these terms and conditions, the prizes are one first prize of £2,000, four second prizes of £1,000, five third prizes of £500 and 10 fourth prizes of £150 (the "Prizes"). Prizes will be the cash value equivelent in Paragon products of your choice, subject to availability.
2. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all aspects of this free prize draw. By entering the free prize draw you shall be deemed to be have accepted these Terms.
3. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and references and any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. References to "you" in these Terms shall include you and/or any business entity operated by you. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
4. This free prize draw is open to any UK business purchasing a Paragon branded product between 1st January and 29th February 2012 inclusive, excluding employees of PQF, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted. PQF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. PQF may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless PQF is satisfied with the verification.
5. PQF reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any business that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
6. Entries should be submitted via the PQF website (www.paragonqualityfoods.com/prizedraw). Alternatively, you may submit an official entry form or write to PQF at Quadrant 3, Yorkshire Way, Doncaster DN3 3FB, marking your entry free prize draw.
7. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this Prize Draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.

9. All entries must be received at PQF by 5.00pm on 9th March 2012. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The winners of the Prizes (the "Prize Winners") shall be selected by PQF at random on 30th March 2012 from all eligible entries received and overseen by an independent adjudicator. PQF shall contact the Prize Winners by either email, telephone or in writing within a reasonable time after the draw date. PQF will not notify those who have submitted unsuccessful entries. The decision of PQF is final, and no correspondence regarding decisions of PQF will be entered into.
10. PQF does not accept responsibility for free prize draw entries lost or incorrectly submitted to PQF. Proof that an entry (via web, email or post) has been sent shall not be accepted as proof that it was received by PQF.
11. Entering the free prize draw grants PQF the right to use data relating to you for its legitimate business purposes, including (without limitation) for marketing and sales activities. If you object to this, you must state so clearly in your entry to the free prize draw.
12. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at PQF discretion.
13. PQF will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
14. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to comply with any terms and conditions attaching to the Prize including these Terms and Conditions. PQF assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize.
15. The Prize is personal to the Prize Winner of the free prize draw and the Prize Winner may not transfer, sell or donate the Prize to any other persons.
16. PQF reserves the right to provide substitute Prize(s) of similar value should the specified Prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
17. PQF may cancel the free prize draw at any time at its absolute discretion and without notice.
18. The Prize Winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name, business, photographs, statements and business residence being made publicly available if they win.
19. The names of the Prize Winners may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to Paragon Quality Foods Limited, Quadrant 3, Yorkshire Way, Doncaster DN3 3FB, and marked Prize Draw.
